Ingredients for Salad:
Mixed Greens (optional)
1/4 Red Onion
4 oz Goat Cheese
1 Avocado (optional)
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp spoon Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients for Salmon:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Once your salmon is seasoned, you put it in a pan over medium/high heat because you want it to get crispy.
Once it looks blackened, you flip it and get the other side to look similar.
Afterwards, you stick it in the 375 degree pre-heated oven.
While we wait for the salmon to cook, you can start prepping your salad ingredients
like your strawberries…
and your onions.
Toss in your onions and strawberries.
Then your goat cheese (I would put the entire container if I wasn’t sharing but putting in just 1/3 is good too).
Then add a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lime and toss..
It should look something like this when it’s properly tossed, you can add more or less ingredients depending on how you like it.
Then you serve the salad with your salmon filet on top, and a few avocado slices and Enjoy!
