I love love love anything seafood and something about ceviche just pulls on my damn heart strings. I probably would eat it every day if I could. So today I decided to share with you guys my ceviche recipe. It’s super easy so don’t get intimidated by all the ingredients. I like to make a mix of both shrimp and fish but you can do either or get a little wild and add other seafood if you wish.
Ingredients:
Start off by cutting up your fish into little dices and separate them into two bowls.
Add about 2 lemons to each bowl or enough to cover the fish up. Then cover them up and place them in the fridge while they marinate.
While you wait, dice up your veggies.
After about an hour, you can take your fish out.
Empty out the lemon juice.
Then begin combining all the ingredients together.
Toss in your onions,
your tomatoes,
Cilantro,
and your chili peppers.
Add salt to your liking.
Add lots of lemon
and mix it all up!
Serve with avocado
Drizzle some salsa
and enjoy!!
