I love love love anything seafood and something about ceviche just pulls on my damn heart strings. I probably would eat it every day if I could. So today I decided to share with you guys my ceviche recipe. It’s super easy so don’t get intimidated by all the ingredients. I like to make a mix of both shrimp and fish but you can do either or get a little wild and add other seafood if you wish.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb of snapper fish (any white-fleshed fish will work fine)
  • 1lb of peeled shrimp
  • Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Tomato
  • Lemons (lemons goes better with seafood in my opinion)
  • Tostadas
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Chili Pepper (if desired)

Then cover them up and place them in the fridge while they marinate.img_5951While you wait, dice up your veggies.img_5872After about an hour, you can take your fish out.img_5964Empty out the lemon juice.img_5868Then begin combining all the ingredients together. img_5908Toss in your onions,img_5946your tomatoes, img_5925Cilantro, img_5938and your chili peppers.img_5919Add salt to your liking. img_5907img_5950img_5844Add lots of lemon img_5914 and mix it all up! img_5903Serve with avocadoimg_5845 img_5942 img_5926Drizzle some salsa img_5880and enjoy!!
